Lateral Thinking

Lateral Thinking is part of Alternative Identication which is tools and technique of Scope Definition.

PM uses Lateral Thinking to define the scope of the project. Lateral thinking is nothing but thinking out of the box. In this process, PM will separate the problem and looking at differnent angles rather than usual conventional methods and trys to solve the problem. PM will engage the project members also  in this process.
