Activity On Arrow (AOA)

Activity On Arrow (AOA) is an activity sequencing tool and also known as Arrow Diagramming Method (ADM). Activity sequence diagrams uses arrows to represent the activities and connects to the related activities.

This is a least preferred activity sequencing method due to its limitation of supporting only Finish-Start dependancy.

Achievement Theory

It is one of the motivation theories used for the developing project team. In the latest information era, people/employees need to be motivated beyond food & money as modern era overcome the starvation.

According to Achievement Theory, people/employees are motivated mainly by three things.

1. Achievement
    It motivates based on the need to achieve or succeed.
2. Power
    This is drived based on influencing others and pride on it.
3. Affiliation 
    Affiliation is mainly relationship based and people wants to develop with others.
