Project performance appraisal is a tools and techniques for Managing Project Teams.
360-degree review is one of method employed by the Corporateās to evaluate their employee’s performances and rate them.
In this method, an employee’s performance will be rated based on the feedback from every one that respective employee interacts for his project activities. These evaluators includes project manager, project team members, stake holders, peers and subordinates.
The core objective is, normally an employee will play several roles in the organization such as boss to somebody, peers for few people, subordinate for his boss, customer for few people, vendor for few dept. And his overall performance can be evaluated in 360-degree review.

Portfolios are collections of programs and projects that meet a specific business objective or goal. Manager who is responsible for managing portfolio is known as Portfolio Manager and usually performed by Senior people such as Vice Presidents.
Eg for Portfolio
Programs and projects related to Capital Market Banking are grouped and will be managed by Capital Market Banking portfolio.

Programs are group of related projects targeted to achieve or meet a same goal.
Eg for Program
Datacenter Consolidation Program to consolidate & relocate all servers from various datacenters into a single centralized Datacenter.
